1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ft88 ("ft88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://ft88.io ("the Platform"). 2 Eligibility

• You are not diagnosed as a problem gambler or currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme relating to online gambling.

ft88 may request proof of identity, age, address, or source of funds at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the ft88 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single, individual account (" Account"). Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the ft88 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to notify ft88 promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

ft88 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration is void where prohibited by applicable law.

• One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted;
• All registration information must be truthful and verifiable;
• You must not use another person's identity or payment details;
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication ("2FA") codes associated with your account. ft88 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account at all times.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. ft88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ft88 immediately by contacting customer support. ft88 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ft88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local and international payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to any limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. Deposits are processed instantly in the majority of cases. ft88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to any KYC verification requirements that may be outstanding on your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, unless ft88 grants a specific exception in writing.

• You may only withdraw funds to accounts or wallets registered in your own name;
• ft88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Funds that have been credited as a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 6);
• ft88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems;
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, ft88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard from accounts denominated in a different currency may be subject to currency conversion charges applied by their card issuer, for which ft88 accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ft88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ft88 promotional offers:

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on ft88:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ft88 reserves the right to correct any manifest pricing errors;
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player;
• ft88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control;

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ft88 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account ("multi-accounting") or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus programmes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any such discovery must be reported to ft88 support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the platform;

11 Limitation of Liability

ft88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ft88 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination

ft88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• ft88 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• ft88 is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy may apply);
• ft88 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk or legal exposure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ft88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ft88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a platform notification. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
